admin has no access – membership

Hi I’m Hasnol.
I just setup a website base on WP 3.1.3 and everything goes well. Then I install WP membership plugin and have no problem with it. But the problem comes when I editing members profile (all mine actually, just for testing purposes). I think that I have altered the Admin which is now as the Admin, I can’t access to WP dashboard to edit or add. The dashboard just view The Profile and Membership.

Please help me to solve this problem. really appreciate it.
