Admin Fields not being added to order item meta

I’m trying to pass a certain amount of data to a third party, and when I use Product Fields, values get passed perfectly.

But when I use Admin Fields and populate the values on my Edit Product screen, nothing gets passed to the order item meta. I definitely have “Add as Order Meta” active in all my fields in the Admin Fields list, and I definitely have these fields populated.
