Admin errors when activated with Magic Fields 2

It appears that when I have EML 1.0.5 activated and Magic Fields (the latest version) there are a lot of errors in the admin. One being the sidemenu popups stop working, javascript lightboxes open a new window, and a lot of features are loading incorrectly. Is this a known issue? I have deactivated all other plugins. I have also verified that when Magic Fields 2 is loaded alone it works just fine. Any help?
