    I have read all the previous forums on this topic but few provide an answer. This form (one of many) will not send an email to admin. The form sends email to the user. The form also sends to the database. I have SMTP installed and the test indicates success. The handbook for the Email Options does not show the screen of the current update. I have (I believe) tried all options except the correct one. Has anyone found a solution to what seems a perpetual problem this Form Maker by WD?

    Sorry for the trouble. This issue could be related to mailing limitations on your web host. Could you please test by filling in an email address from common providers in Email to send submissions to option.

    You can test with one from Gmail.

    Additionally, please make sure to check the spam folders as well.

    I have changed to format protocols to smtp. This solved the problem. Thank you
