Admin Emails not being sent/received

    We are using the POST SMTP with an Office 365 email account. Our members are receiving emails BUT we are not getting the New User Notification to the admin.

    The WordPress default admin and the Admin Email from in UM > Setting > Email > Admin Email are the same. The Mail From in UM > Setting > Email > Mail From and the POST SMTP Mail are the same. Is there something wrong here?

    Using SendGrid helped send emails. Would recommend that going forward in all documentation as well as more explanations in the email settings.
