admin emails 2 issues

hi there, this plugin is fabulous. thank you for it!
issue #1: We have 5 admins on this site: is it possible to specify one of them to receive the expiry email.
issue #2: There were 2 expirys yesterday. As one of the admins, I received 2 notices for each expired person. i.e. 4 in all. I have not checked to see if the other admins also received two for each expired person.
