Admin email was not entered so never received any contact form new entries

I apologize, WPForms lite doesn’t have a feature to store entries. However, enabling the Lite Connect option would back-up the entries submitted through your forms. This means that if you decide to upgrade to WPForms Pro in the future, you can restore your entries and have instant access to reports.

In case, you have not enabled Lite Connect, since you didn’t receive notification emails, the only way would be to check with the hosting provider. Some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover undelivered emails, the best next step in trying to find records of previous entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.
