Admin email says "{Your Name}" instead of name

    Hello,
    thanks for the great plugin with it many possibilities!
    I’m just struggling with one isssue: The mail to the admin doesn’t show the Name the site visitor typed in; instead it just says {Your Name}. According to your descriptions and hints this shouldn’t happen, but it does. Is there a way to change it?

  • I had the same issue. I think you have to put in the name of the site or survey in the preferences… I don’t think it picks up the name of the survey taker.

    Do you have set one of the form fields’ name to “Your Name”? The placeholder can only be replaced by a field’s value, if there is a field named like it.
