    Hello,

I setup the WP MAIl SMTP as follow; we have Office 365 email.

    SMTP Host: smtp.office365.com
    Encryption: TLS

With authentication with the email [email protected]

I have to two contact forms under the pages CONTACT US AND PRAYER REQUEST. When I submit a form as a user, I get the emails just fine in my inbox but the admin email ([email protected]) is not receiving the notifications. Pretty bizarre!

When I send a regular email to that email, I get it. I have no clue what’s going on.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @steveduffis,

If you are sending a test email (from Settings > WPForms > Email Test) successfully from WP Mail SMTP, the next step is to check the notifications from your contact forms. It seems you’re using WPForms, please review your notification settings. In case it helps, here’s a tutorial on setting up notification emails.

If you are getting any errors while sending the test email, please share the details from that here?

This will help us to get a better idea of what might be going on.

    Thanks!

Hi @steveduffis – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
