    I had support plug pro installed, the problem i had was i was not getting notifications on email when somebody posted a ticket. I de activated it and then installed free version. I am still not getting any email when a new ticket is submitted. Please advice.

    Hi there,

    Please make sure any other emails going from your site or not. If not, then you’ll need to contact to your host provider for the same.

    Now, there is no more Pro version, please check this link for details and to migrate to latest version as good as pro.

    If it was some bug, it would be fixed automatically by new version. If still you face same issue, we’ll need to debug it for you, you can create new ticket on our site, one of our representative will soon get back.
