Admin Email Notifications Custom Sender

  • I install the plugin with One Page Scroll theme.

    I sent and received the email well.

    However, the From* is fixed by my admin email.
    I would like to make the From* as the applicant email.
    I have a field for the applicant’s email.

    Second, I would like to custom the Subject* field.
    I want make it like “Application from [NAME]”
    I have a field for applicant’s name too.

    I can’t find any resources on web.
    May I know how to achieve my request?
