Admin Email Notifications

Is there a way to set up an email notification that can be sent to one or more admin emails every time a ticket has been purchased? I understand that Paypal sends email notifications but that doesn’t work for free tickets. It would great if the plugin could send these notifications to prevent having to log in to WordPress constantly and check if a ticket has been purchased.

If this isn’t possible, could this be something can be added in a future release?
