Admin email notification has blank fields

I have a form set up that allows a realtor to enter a home’s square footage, and then prices for my products are calculated and displayed on the page.
The first half of the form collects info about the customer’s order, and displays the calculated price. All the fields in this half of the form appear properly in the admin email.The 2nd half of the form appears only if the customer asks for an emailed quote – then inputs appear for the customer’s name, phone number, listing address, etc.
None of the fields’ contents in the 2nd half of the form (the listing’s address, the realtor’s phone, email, etc.) appear in the admin email when I use either the {all_non_empty_fields} tag or any of the individual fields’ tags, like {name-1}, {email-1}, etc.
