    The admin email doesn’t work at all, we have run a trace on the email address, and nothing is being received within the server, there is no blocking occuring, we have tried multiple email address, have also tested the email address from all other outputs

    We have attempted the plugin that you created on other posts, checked spam, there is no blocking, the whole email output to admin is not functioning

    Customers get the email (ironically twice)

    This is something unique to your setup. Are you getting the emails at very different times? If you’re getting the emails going out at very different times, that sounds to me like an issue with the email server itself. I’d recommend contacting your web host with the date and time of the duplicate emails and ask them to investigate.

    i really apologise for bothering you … however , this issue got resolved … Another issue comes that the automated mail have have black colour in header showing some danger sign … How to deal with it … I really appreciate that…. Thank You
