admin email not receiving email and Submitted by not showing

  • Chained Quiz is a powerful and useful wordpress plugin!
    But I encountered a problem, I am not sure how it happened.

    When i add the admin email then once someone submit the quiz it is neither showing on the “Submitted by” section nor the email is going to the admin. But the user who is filling up the quiz receives the confirmation email.

    Please if you can tell what i am making wrong it would be great.

    I have send the link of the website where we have integrated that.

    I installed Simple SMTP also for the email to send.

    There are no visible errors. Try to enable this on the plugin Settings page:

    Enable debug mode to see SQL errors. (Useful in case you have any problems)
