Admin email not received

I have the latest version of both the plug-in and WordPress installed and my site runs the 2010 theme. If I use the data request form, then I do receive an email telling me that my data can be viewed on-line and supplying a link. This is working fine. However, as admin, I am not receiving any notification that a request has been made and I am therefore not aware that any action in terms of a review etc needs to take place. Is it possible to look into this, please?
