Admin email deleted – connected to WordPress Account!

My former school has deleted my email which was linked to my wordpress account and I can no longer login to this site: https://melaniewhiteblog.wordpress.com/
Is there a way to get it activated so I can continue to use the site? Can I get a new user name and password?
