    Hi Gaatl, if you’re not RECEIVING emails, that is a different issue, this plugin won’t help. It won’t have anything to do with your WordPress installation. I would try three things:

    1. First of all, you’re saying a customer is trying to send you an email, and you’re not receiving it. Send yourself an email from another account and see if your receiving account actually can receive emails. If your account can receive emails, then it’s the customer’s email that is the problem [maybe they forgot to press SEND or something].

    2. If you can receive emails, the lost one may be in your ‘SPAM’ folder if you have one.

    3. If you cannot receive emails, contact your email provider’s tech support.
