URGENT : pictures problem with profile

  • hello I started my membership site. I created a profile to test everything went smooth : https://soundsirius.blog/user/powner

    I was allowed to edit this profile using my admin account https://soundsirius.blog/user/na1man/

    but the changes weren’t reflected when I was finished. I wonder if it’s a caching problem but I don’t think so.

    edit: now I tried modifying the images with the user profile, only the profile picture changed. the banner wasn’t modified and when I try to change again, the old picture appears.

    please this is an urgent issue: pictures will be critical in the success.

    Hi @na1man,

    Do you have a caching plugin installed or server side caching active on your site?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
    You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or with one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    but the strange thing is I’m allowed to modify the pictures once (when the profile is empty). afterwards, it’s not understandable. Plus my members don’t put pictures or write a short bio (are they only allowed to register?)

    short bio updates correctly by the way so it seems it’s related to pictures!

    Now I try to change the profile pic of a member and it’s my profile that shows the picture. Are you sure this might be related to a plugin? Am I the only one to have this issue?
