Admin edit posts 2 things i need

Hey, i need 2 things for my admin panel i dont know how to do them

1. When going to edit posts it should show 25 Posts not 15

2. When choosing those 1,2,15 or 25 posts i should be able to schedule those posts for the time i choose, so far i have to do this one by one, witch is taking me alot of time when i do this for 200 posts everyday.

hope someone here knows what to edit i tryed looking on /wp-admin/edit.php but im not the right person to try edit things there…
