admin e-mail changed to vit***@mail.ru

    i installed the plugin from official repository to three my sites and on all thee of them admin’s e-mail has been changed to vit***@mail.ru without any precaution!

    Hi @fobo,

    Thanks for reaching out. I apologize, but we don’t change the WordPress administrator email address (WordPress -> Settings -> General) when installing or configuring WP Mail SMTP plugin on your site.

    Once you configure WP Mail SMTP plugin with your preferred email address, it will then become your “from email address” to deliver your email notifications.

    By default, WordPress notifications will be sent to the WordPress administrator email address, but you can change it by head over to the WordPress -> Settings -> General -> Administration Email Address area.
