One of my admins cannot see anything related to Yoast. Not in the menu on the dashboard and no area to edit in any of the posts or pages. I’ve been using Yoast on a variety of projects for years and I’ve never seen this before. Why would she have a problem and I don’t?

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Can you please confirm whether she has an administrator or super administrator access to your website? If yes, can you please confirm whether she can’t see anything related to Yoast SEO at all or she sees Yoast SEO related features but those don’t work for her?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Admin. Not Super. Actually I think it’s her computer because I logged in on my Mac with her login and I got everything. Which is really weird.

    Hi @databell96,

Thanks for the update. If you haven’t modified any of the admin capabilities or changed her user role, she should have full access to edit pages and use Yoast SEO’s tools.

We have more details about the Yoast user roles and how to check them in a user profile in this guide: Managing access to Yoast SEO with SEO roles.

We also recommend checking to make sure that the browser is up-to-date as well as clearing the browser cache:?How to clear my browser’s cache?.

    Does that solve the problem?
