admin display related post on new posts

i am looking for a plugin that (using ajax) will display related posts when i add the title to a new post. I think its useful for wp blogs that are directories as you would tend to lose track of what items you have in your directory, anyone can point me in the right direction or make one, i doubt it’s hard.
