    Hi there,

    I have installed this plugin today on our UK ecommerce site and activated the “Stripe Payment” option. Under “Preferred Cards” I have all card types selected.

    However, I have already received numerous queries from customers who are unable to make payment. The error they receive is “Card brand (other) has been restricted for payment by the seller”. In the log file, the error is “Admin declined the payment due to Card Restriction”. I’m missing the option to uncheck the option to “Restrict cards” – I can see this option in the plugin documentation, but it’s not available in the settings.

    In the meantime, I am using the “Stripe Checkout” option which works fine, but I would like to get the “Stripe Payment” option working.

    Please can someone assist?

    Hi @craig80,

    There is a chance for error if they are using a card that is not listed in the settings under. “Prefered cards” section.

    Kindly check under Stripe dashboard > Developers > Logs > payment method log.

    I already have all the cards enabled under “Preferred cards”. The cards that were used were Mastercard and Visa, but these still produced the error.

    Please share the log requested earlier (Stripe dashboard > Developers > Logs > payment method log) and your site URL.
