When clicking on the console errors, I get this:

    {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method”,”data”:{“status”:404}}

@godforbid hope someone will help us, that sucks

    Hello there,

You need to flush your permalinks in order to register these new routes. Kindly select postname in your common setting of permalinks then click on save.

    Also check the screenshot https://prnt.sc/pze4n7

    Hope it helps, thanks!!

Thanks for the replies, but if I change these permalink settings am I going to mess up the structure of my site?

I’m currently using a custom structure and I don’t want thousands of 404 pages if I mess around with this lol.

    Thanks.

We’re having problems with this plugin as well. Not sure what might be causing the problems.

I’m seeing this kind of error in the WooCommerce log file:

CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Class ‘Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Notes\WC_Admin_Notes_Tracking_Opt_In’ not found in /www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/FeaturePlugin.php:160

I wonder if the latest version of this plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce?

The namespaces of the API have changed. @godforbid @yngmind Is it possible your browser has cached scripts? Does it work in another browser or if you clear your browser’s cache?

    Ted Slater

    (@tedslater)

That may have been it! I tried in Safari (I had been using Chrome), and it seems to work now. Thanks so much, Paul!

    Hi @yngmind That’s definitely odd.

This could be due to server-side caching of scripts in that case. If your site have some sort of server side caching, or caching plugins, please flush the cache and then try again?

You might also want to try reinstalling the plugin, and then try reimporting the data: https://d.pr/i/fsZmHj

    This should fix the troubles.

Let us know if the problems persist.
