Admin dashboard Ghosting Issue

    So this problem occur everywhere in my Admin dashboard now.

    After I edit basically anything(Post/Page/Plugin/Settings/etc), the admin panel is still showing the unedited version. For example, I have removed a few posts but the table is still showing those posts. As for my live site, the posts have been successfully removed.

    I have to use a Incognito mode every time I made a change to see the updated version.

    I’m unsure if this is wordpress or my vps issue.

    Hello,

    I don’t think this is the WordPress problem, so either it can be some plugin or theme conflict that is happening.

    Do you use any caching plugins or do you remember any recent change made to WordPress like version update?

    I didn’t made any changes to the site other than adding new posts. It was working fine until today. I tried deactivate wp super cache and clear cache. Still the same.

    Maybe a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
