Admin created subscriptions are not recurring automatically after first payment

When manually creating a WooCommerce Subscription from the admin backend, the subscription will remain on “Manual Renewal” when paid with QuickPay. This means that the customer must pay manually for each recurring order.
This is how we manually create a subscription with a pending order:
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/subscriptions/add-or-modify-a-subscription/#section-11I think the bug occurs because there’s no “Parent Order” when manually creating subscriptions. Instead the initial order is a “Renewal Order”.
We are using:
WooCommerce 2.5.5
WooCommerce Quickpay 4.4.5
WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.0.14
