Admin Cookie broke Matomo

Hello there,

I have an issue I cannot solve.

This is what I did to cause the error (I think):
– Installed Matomo yesterday
– set settings to exclude Admin from tracking
– everything ran perfect
– opened Safari on my phone today with wordpress admin area opened from some days before (without matomo admin cookie)
– cauising the fatal error immediately

This is what I’ve already tried:
– deleting matomo files and database
– cleared wp-rocket cache, cleared browser cache and cookies
– re-installed matomo
– put matomo in safe-mode in my wp-config
– deactivated all other plugins
– but, when I click activate Matomo, it refueses and still gives this error:
