• on my website i am making all subscribers and even admins as members of our website. When I go to the profile form edit page and edit the form as an admin, it’s converting my admin account back to subscriber each time. Is there another way I can set up the forms to work with admins as well?

Hi, are you using the Form Builder addon?

What role have you specified for the membership level in question? Admin users need to be imported into a membership level where the “ROLE” is set to admin.

I created an admin user type and set my admin account to that but then when I go to the page with the form it says,
“Error! No custom form found for this membership level. Level ID: 6”

Is there a way for the admins to also be able to see and use the same form as the subscribers?

and yes, I am using the form builder addon.

I see that I would set the form to Generic but where do I set that? I have customized the form so I do not want to delete it and start over. Is it possible to just select it somewhere as generic? or maybe a field in the db i can change?

Once the form is created, you can’t change the type. It needs to be deleted and then re-created.

You can create a NEW form for each of your membership levels. Go ahead and create a new form for membership level 6 and then it will be able to find a corresponding form for that level.

For form builder related questions, please use the premium addon support option on our site.
