Admin Commission / Vendor Commission log

    Hello

    We know that we can see under “All Logs” each commission from each order. But we need something in more detail:

    – See how the commission is calculated per order
    – History of Admin commission per product, categories, etc. When we set a admin commission on product level to 2$ and change them afterwards to 2.5$. Where can we se the history admin commission of that product?

    The “All logs” section of Dokan reports is a Dokan Pro feature. As this forum is a Dokan Lite exclusive forum if we discuss pro feature here, some users can misunderstand & assume that we have these features in Dokan Lite. To avoid these situations I always recommend you to discuss your matters on the support tickets. This instruction is from the www.remarpro.com forum moderators & we need to follow that to respect their rules.

    Now, the reports section does not include the details that you are looking for. You have to go to each product to see their commission. Dokan does not save the commission history on the that you have updated.

    Thanks and sorry. I know that only free dokan feature can be discussed here in this forum. I’m not always sure what is free feature and what is pro feature. ??

    I understand this can be confusing when you are using the Pro version. Because of this, we expect you to discuss all of your matters through tickets as you are already paying for the support ??
