Admin Comment different Style?

I’m looking to do the same thing. There are loads of solutions out there, just google it. Here’s one I’m about to try:

You can very easily add a new class to your CSS for your comments. Something as easy as a new p class would take only a few minutes to do and simply use an inline CSS tag when you add a comment.

If you are using the new 2.7 comment system and your theme has been converted, then there’s already classes there that you can use.

• byuser gets added if the comment is by a registered user of the site.
• comment-author-authorname gets added for specific registered users.
• bypostauthor gets added if the comment is by the author of the post the comment is attached to.

Hey Otto, this article is very interesting. I’m not a theme developer, I’m just customising my own theme so this is pretty important stuff.

I’m off to read and digest it. Thanks for the heads up on the changes for 2.7.
