    Any fixes? I have Pro version and this is happening to me as well. Need to get it working asap. Thanks!

    Actually, it’s a bit different than mentioned^

    It’s the other way around. The client can see messages and send messages. However the admin sees “This chat has already been answered. Please close the chat window”

    Please deactivate and activate the plugin ?? This will fix the issue.

    Hi,

    I have this same issue, and deactivating both plugins (both the free and pro) and then reactivating them did not resolve the issue. It is also annoying that when this happens, I cannot re-initiate a new chat with the user. It says user ended the chat.

    Hi Jarryd,

    I have WP Live Chat Support version 4.1.9 and WP Live Chat Support Pro version 4.3.2. These plugins were recently installed. The issue would not be so bad if I could re-initiate a chat after it closed, but that is not possible. Is there any reason that chats cannot be re-initiated after they have been closed? It seems the user must leave the site and return later in order to re-initiate a chat from the admin side. I would be happy to provide the site URL, however I hesitate to post it here.

    Hi Jarryd,

    I just updated to the latest versions of the plugin that were just released. I will keep an eye on this and let you know if installing this newest versions fixes this issue. If not I will email a link to my site to Nick. Thanks Jarryd.
