Admin capabilities lost by your plugin

  • I have tried your suggestions online linking to how to restore default permissions – nothing is working.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin – nothing.
    I have uninstalled the plugin – nothing.
    I have replaced the wp_user_roles with the WORDPRESS default – nothing.
    I have tried your ure_supress_administrators_protection fix – nothing.

    My admin user CANNOT edit other admin users.
    My admin user CANNOT create other admin users.
    My admin user CANNOT edit custom HTML.

    How do I completely undo whatever it is your plugin has done? Why would ever mess with default WordPress functionality that has to be MANUALLY UNDONE at the the database level?? What kind of product development is this?
