    Why I cant receive emails when a customer opened a support ticket?
    The customer receives a confirmation after they created it but I didnt receive an email.

    Please let me me know.

    Hello

    Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications and make sure that you have created an email notification template of New Ticket.

    If you have already created it, please verify that you have chosen correct Recipients.
