Admin cant manage custom post type

    Hi,

    I aim to create a new user role. This user role should mainly can create my custom post type, not really more. Therefore I added the capability_type and map_meta_cap line in the plugin code as it is described on your site. Everything works.
    But now the administrator has no permission to do anything with my custom post type, because I cant set the capabilities for the admin. How can i achieve this?

    Problem solved. I havent seen the option “Show Administrator role at User Role Editor” in the settings.
