Admin cannot see pages

In Sensei LMS > Settings, across the top I can see
“General | Courses | Lessons | Email Notifications | Student Profiles”
However, I can only view “General”
when I click on “Courses” the url is “…page=sensei-settings#course-settings”
when I click on “Lessons” the url is “…page=sensei-settings#lesson-settings”
when I click on “Email Notifications” the url is “…page=sensei-settings#email-notification-settings”
and
when I click on “Student Profiles
” the url is “…page=sensei-settings#learner-profile-settings”
ON THE SAME “Courses” PAGE
when I add a slash instead of the hash in the url e.g. “…page=sensei-settings/course-settings” it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
