Admin can not access Config Page

  • Using WP 3.2.1 in Multi-site. When you try to access config page for the plugin, it tells Admin they do not have privileges to access page.

    I may have fixed it, but not sure how it happened. The Admin was not a super admin as I am. I downgraded him to Editor, and then upgraded him to Admin. That seemed to fix it. So while he had the Admin role, he was not being granted the Admin rights. Changing the role and taking him back to Admin later seemed to clear the issue, but I am curious as to why it happened like that to start with.
