admin can no longer log in

Rename /home/taurebkt/www/wp-content/themes/wp-show-off to /home/taurebkt/www/wp-content/themes/wp-show-off.temp and you should fall back to the default theme (and allow you to login again).

where do I rename it? as everytime I type https://www.100taur.fr/wp-admin I still get the error message.

I downloaded Filezilla and it keeps timing out
