Admin Bar Purge Cache

    Hi
    I have two sites exactly the same (one is a staging site) The staging site has the Purge Cache link in the admin bar but the live site does not. The settings are exactly the same.
    Any idea how to get the purge cache link onto the live site? I am admin on both sites.
    I’ve also noticed that the cache preload is greyed out on the live site but not on the staging site
