Admin Bar Not Showing, Other Issues

    Hello,

    On my site at this link (https://jsspackaging.wpengine.com/), we are utilizing your plugin. However, there is some kind of conflict or bug caused by your plugin. We can only see the admin bar across the top of our site as long as we are on Product pages or Product Category pages. Any normal pages such as the Home Page do not have an admin bar on them.

    Also, it affects the drop down menu as well which will only work on Product and Product Category pages as well.

    Please advise on how to fix this.

    I’ll have our Lead Dev @danieliser take a look and offer his advice as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, you can try to just disable the Popup Maker portion of the Admin Bar and see if that helps with that situation.

    For the menu issue, it could be something with your Menu Editor if you’re using some kind of menu builder/editor plugin. As such, you can try disabling the Popup Maker Menu Editor Functionality and see if that fixes the issue.

    Disabling those two didn’t help with the issue. I’ll wait to see what your lead developer says.

    @miked1982 – I don’t see the popups loaded currently but by your description it sounds like there is a PHP error on the pages in question. If this only occurs when popups are enabled on a page, then its likely generated by the content in one of the popups on that page. I would test one popup at a time until you find it then try to determine why that content is causing the issue. If it is the content though, you would need to get the error and work with the support of that plugin or theme to get it resolved, though we are happy to offer opinions on what may be happening once we have the error info.
