Admin bar not showing clone/duplicate

    Not sure when this started to happen, but several sites I checked on aren’t showing the Clone option when hovering over the Edit Page or Post link when viewing from the frontend in the Admin bar. This was always my go to way of duplicating, but it’s just not there anymore. Neither is the Rewrtite & Republish.

    These options are available in the Posts List and Edit Screen.

    Common demonator is the theme being Astra and page builder being Elementor.

    I have created a post from WordPress dashboard, edited it using Elementor page builder [i.e I added two columns: one for heading and one for text] and then saved the draft. Then I published the post. I was able to see the Clone, New Draft for the draft post and the Clone, New draft, Rewrite & Republish from the published post. Please check the links: here and here.

    Is it possible I am looking at the wrong area or not replicating the issue correctly?
