admin bar not show up if user is not admin

Test with this membership user or register a new membership user (using stripe test credit card):

After logged in, the admin bar does not show up, so the user cannot see his username and is not sure if he is logged in. I checked the Hide Adminbar and Show adminbar to Admin settings, they look correct.

If logged in as admin user, the adminbar shows up.

I also tried to insert [swpm_show_member_info column=”first_name”] in menu with shortcode menu plugin to show username, but it seems not working.
