Admin Bar Missing on Front Screen

Hi,

The admin bar has just vanished on the front screen. Nothing was changed, except my PC crashed and I rebooted and when I went back to the website, it was gone.

Here’s what I have done:

1. Checked the header and footer code in my theme – They are both there.
2. Changed to Twenty Eleven, Twenty Ten, Twenty Twelve, etc and still missing.
3. Disabled all plugins – still missing.
4. I’m using Cloudflare, so I changed the nameservers back to my hosting so that Cloudflare isn’t used – still missing.
5. Clear the cache on my browser – tried multiple browsers – still missing.

I’m now at a complete loss! It’s weird that it happened immediately after a system crash.

Any advice would be great!
