    Hi there,

Not sure if anyone’s having this issue, but for some reason, the admin bar (as seen on the frontend) is disabled whenever this plugin and Gravity Forms are activated. I’m guessing there’s a possible conflict. Anyone had this so far?

    Thanks!

  • Hello @ruess:

Does the Admin Bar on the front end disappear when you are logged into your site as the Admin? It should be visible to logged in Admin users.

    Hi Yogaman,

Thanks for your response. Yes, it does not appear when logged in as an Admin on my site. It’s a brand new install by the way – no other plugins enabled besides Popup Maker and Gravity Forms (latest). Once GF is activated, the admin menu (on the front end) disappears.

    Thanks!

    Hello @ruess:

Is the site available on a remote web host that we can inspect? Sounds peculiar.

    Hi there,

I can provide admin access if you need. Let me know the best way to get that to you.

    Thanks,

Still haven’t gotten back to me about this issue. Clearly your plugin is causing issues with site’s admin toolbar, but nothing is being done about it.

My question is whether this plugin doing something to the wp_footer() function or affecting sites in some other way as to cause this issue?

Here are other threads on this forum saying the same thing and no one is getting answers met:

Seems like no one is truly interested in figuring this out.

@ruess – Sorry for the delay. That said we have solved this every time its come up and users continue the conversation long enough for us to know the resolution.

It has always been php errors either in the footer or in the content inserted into the popups (hidden in the footer).

If anything when you read the 2 links you posted you would have seen that suggestion. What did you find when you checked logs?

That said those links are irrelevant as one we already told them to check for errors, the other they never came back to reply. If they don’t respond we have to assume they resolved it or moved on, either way not much more we can do.

In your case though again, only possibility is a fatal PHP error in the footer before the admin bar renders. Check your logs and let me know what you find. Happy to help if there is an error on our end.

    Hope that helps.
