Admin bar links to wrong site in multisite

Hi there,

I just noticed this recently, but on some of the sites in my multisite install the admin bar shows the name of and links to a different site in the install. So if I am viewing a site called “Site 1”, the admin bar says “Site 2” in the upper left corner and all of the links (e.g. Dashboard) link to Site 2 and its dashboard.

Any idea why this would happen?
