Admin bar links should not be shown to all users

  • Currently link “Protect WP Admin” and dropdown “Settings” is shown to all users in top admin bar, regardless of their capability.

    If users click the link, an error is shown, as the plugin admin page itself is only available with capability manage_options.

    Suggested change: Only add these links to top admin bar if user is allowed to access plugin admin page.
