Admin bar disappears when using custom roles

    I have found this plug-quite useful and pretty easy to use for the predefined WordPress roles. However, when I create custom roles, the admin bar at the top disappears. I don’t think it’s any of the changes I made to the capabilities, because I tested it on a custom role that was a copy of the WordPress editor role without any changes. If I set the user to the predefined WordPress Editor role, the admin bar reappears. When I change the role to the custom role the admin bar disappears. I have also tested making the changes I intended for the custom role to the WordPress Editor role and it works as it should, making the proper restrictions while still displaying the admin bar. I have the “Show Toolbar” box ticked in the user’s profile and do not have the “Hide Admin Bar” box check in the plugin settings. Thanks for you help!
