Admin bar disappeared

Hi,

With the latest update, the admin bar has disappeared from my site. Disabling autoptimise solves the problem.

Playing around with some of the settings, it seems to be a problem with the inline and defer settings. Disabling this, makes the admin bar reappear. I have recreated the css required for this several times with slightly different approaches but cant get the admin bar to reappear. Strangely – enabling inline and defer, and then leaving it blank also causes the issue.

I also have admin-bar.css excluded, but removing this exclusion also doesnt fix the issue.

do you have any other tips to fix this?

I have a staging site to tinker around with if this is helpful.
