Admin Bar Disappeared

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem but I installed this plugin on site running Genesis and Altitude Pro and then I uninstalled it because I did not need it and I found the ads irritating.

Now I have no admin bar when I go to Visit Site. I am not absolutely certain that this is due to the plugin but it seems a strange coincidence?

Any ideas on how to get the admin bar back as it is selected in my profile and I can’t seem to find the code to correct.
