    Hi,

I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong but I thought the whole point of this plugin was to handle logged-in and non logged-in users?

When I clear the cache and then visit a page on the site, it caches the page with the admin bar. If I then visit the page in incognito mode, the admin bar is visible (but not functional).

    What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
yes, is one of the main points. I cannot check your website ’cause an access denied error is returned back.

Are you using other performance plugins?

If you are using litespeed server, disable the option Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules

Try also the worker mode (purge the cache after enabling the option).

    Hi,
please update to 4.3.3 and purge the whole cache.

    Let me know ??

I also have this problem, and it did happen again after the 4.3.3 update.

    Hi @niklasolai ,
please share your link and tell me what environment are you using and if you are overwriting the cache-control using the web server rules

https://staging4.dyfo.no/ It does not show now, as i have flushed the cache.

I am using https://krystal.uk/cloud-hosting. That includes LiteSpeed cache, but i have not installed the plugin in WordPress. I have not done anything special to the configuration. I think it uses apache with cpanel.

Thanks for your advice. I think it is working for me now Having followed your steps above, but I haven’t got litespeed enabled. I’ll test with litespeed and update here.

Forgot to add that the purge all cache button doesn’t seem to do anything since I updated to the new version of the plugin, instead I have to go to cloudflare – this is also when the litespeed cache is disabled but plugin still active.

    Hi @quotegoat

Please enter to settings page of plugin, go to Other tab and click on CLEAR LOGS NOW. Then purge the cache using the plugin and click on DOWNLOAD LOG FILE.

Send me or paste here its content

    Hi @niklasolai ,
your provider uses Litespeed Server. You have enabled the option Overwrite the cache-control header for WordPress’s pages using web server rules.

Litespeed Server does not support the expr=value expression of mod_headers. I reported it to its development team. They told me that the support will be added starting by 6.0RC1 release.

So by now please disable that option, purge the cache and retry.

    Hi @salvatorefresta

I get a 403 error when I try to download the log file. Is it stored on the server somewhere where I could access it?

    Hi @quotegoat ,
yes, you find it under wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/yourdomain/debug.log

@salvatorefresta – unfortunately that folder doesn’t exist. It goes to wp-content/wp-cloudflare-super-page-cache/ but there is not my domain showing .

    Hi @quotegoat ,
    is the log mode enabled?

    Hi @salvatorefresta

I’m not sure. But Ive also noticed that any parameter being loaded in the url makes the admin bar load.

For example a Facebook Click ID parameter will load the admin bar for website visitors.

    Hi @quotegoat ,
it is hard for me fix your problem if I can’t see the page and/or the log file.

When I try to visit your website a Error 1020 Access Denied is always returned back.

Give me a way to support you..
